To register and maintain an Account on the 888jg Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:
To access the full range of Platform features, including deposits and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 888jg reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 888jg cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
888jg may require identity verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or during a periodic account review. Documents commonly requested include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be temporarily restricted pending completion of KYC. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account. If duplicate Accounts are detected, 888jg reserves the right to close all but the original Account, withhold any Bonus Funds and suspend withdrawals pending investigation. Users found to have registered multiple Accounts with intent to abuse promotional offers may have all associated winnings voided.
The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use 888jg solely in accordance with these Terms and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
888jg endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.
While 888jg makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information displayed on the Platform — including game rules, odds, bonus terms and payment information — is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of such information. In the event of a discrepancy, the operator's official terms shall prevail.

Users should be aware that certain payment providers, including mobile wallets and bank transfer services familiar to Pakistani users, may have their own policies regarding gambling transactions. 888jg does not guarantee that any specific payment method will be available at the time of your intended deposit. Users are responsible for checking with their payment provider before transacting.
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to completion of KYC verification, compliance with applicable wagering requirements and the Platform's internal security checks. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever operationally possible, consistent with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the payment method selected, KYC status and the volume of requests being processed at the time. 888jg accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) or such other currency as is made available by the Platform. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions are processed in a currency other than the Account's base currency.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated periodically. Example minimum deposit amounts shown elsewhere on the Platform (such as PKR 1,000) are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of current limits.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific offer's terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages and time limits are specified in the relevant offer terms. For illustration, a bonus of PKR 1,000 subject to a 25x wagering requirement requires PKR 25,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met — this figure is an example only and does not represent any specific current offer.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per wager. Placing a bet above this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited. The applicable maximum bet limit is stated in each offer's terms.
888jg reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has:
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expiry dates are non-negotiable and will not be extended under ordinary circumstances.
888jg reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed on an event the result of which is already known, where a system error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity failure, all bets or game rounds affected may be declared void. No winnings arising from a malfunction will be honoured. 888jg's decision in respect of any malfunction is final.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures and ICC tournaments — are subject to official event results as determined by the relevant governing body. 888jg has no affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team or player. Bets are settled in accordance with the Platform's published sports betting rules for the relevant market type.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content and interface design, is the property of 888jg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 888jg.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888jg and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or any content, services or products obtained through the Platform.
888jg's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 888jg's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a closure request, 888jg will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal of Real Money Funds after completion of applicable verification requirements. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
888jg reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including Sections 9, 11, 12 and 14.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888jg is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding formation, validity, breach or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 888jg's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 888jg will endeavour to respond to all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve disputes in good faith.
888jg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes, which may be given by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date, or by notifying registered Account holders via the contact details held on their Account.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
